Our fairy princesses (pictured here) and our classic Disney princess performers alike are all wonderful, highly trained entertainers with hearts of gold. They do their absolute best at every event and always want to wow you. They're able to do that best when they arrive to your party at the best time for them to entertain. Read about the best and worst times to have your performer arrive here.
The most common misstep we see clients make is having the performer arrive at the party start time. More often than not guests are tardy, set up is delayed, or something isn't ready yet. The performer isn't able to begin entertaining properly at the time she was booked for and the time the client paid for isn't utilized well. We never recommend booking at the party start time.
The second most common is booking at a time where the guests are already eating or may start eating during the performance. When this happens sometimes 15-20 minutes of fun are lost to chow time. And this increases the risk of a big bill from us if sticky fingers stain your princess' costume.
The best time to book your party princess is after food is served and before cake time. This ensures that most guests have arrived, are fed, and are ready to interact. The birthday girl gets a piece of cake from her favorite character and you get great photos.
